President Donald Trump fired the head of the National Security Agency, several media outlets reported.
Gen. Tim Haugh, who jointly oversaw U.S. Cyber Command, was let go Thursday, The Wall Street Journal reported.
Haugh’s NSA civilian deputy, Wendy Noble, also was removed from her position. Noble, though, was reassigned to a job within the Pentagon’s Office of the Undersecretary of Defense for Intelligence and Security, The Washington Post reported.
