Texas Lt. Gov. Dan Patrick told Newsmax on Friday that as far back as 2017, he said to the NCAA, “You cannot have men in ladies’ locker rooms.”
On Wednesday, President Donald Trump issued the executive order “Keeping Men Out of Women’s Sports,” declaring that biological men are not permitted to participate in women’s and girls’ sports. One day later, the NCAA announced a new policy change that limits college women’s sports to those “assigned female at birth only.”
Host Rob Finnerty asked Patrick about some parents trying to find “workarounds” and if it will become a “big problem.”
