(KMJ) – Former Heavyweight Boxing Champion Evander Holyfield will be the guest of honor at the 4th annual Gloves Not Drugs Boxing show this weekend.
The champ will speak as part of the event held at the gym at Livingston High School. Doors open at 1 p.m. and the program begins one hour later.
Gloves Not Drugs is put on by the Carlos Vieira foundation. Its mission is to provide at-risk kids in the North Valley a safe place to go after school. And it also teaches the kids the sport of boxing while keeping them off the streets.
