There’s an urgent need for blood in the Central Valley – the Blood Center is at 9% o-negative blood inventory going into the holiday weekend.
That is a concern because only 6% of people are the “O” negative blood type.
They would give thanks for people to donate “before and after” Thanksgiving.
The Blood Center is open for donors until 6 pm on November 24th, and from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm on November 25th.
They have regular hours on Friday and Saturday – November 27th and 28th.
