A Firebaugh man is arrested for trying to kill his relatives.
Around 5:00 am Wednesday morning, Firebaugh Police responded to a call that people were injured in a home on the 1800 block of Allardt Drive.
Once there – they found 33 year old Gerardo Salazar barricaded inside the garage.
Paramedics transported the two men who had been attacked to CRMC.
A 73 year old and a 42 year old were both listed in critical condition.
Fresno County Sheriff’s Deputies then arrested Salazar for two felony counts of attempted murder.
He used some sort of weapon to strike both victims – but no motive has been determined.
