FRESNO, CA (KMJ) A teacher at Bullard High School is behind bars after being arrested on several felony charges involving sex with a student.
Ray Anthony Waller, 37, was picked up Thursday on campus by detectives from Fresno Police Department’s Sexual Assault Unit along with the Central California ICAC Taskforce.
Waller was booked into Fresno County Jail on the following felony charges:
