Fresno Unified Offers Free Meals Over Winter Break

(KMJ) – Fresno Unified will offer free meals for students over the winter break.

Sites will be offering meals starting Monday, Dec. 26 through Friday, Jan. 10.

The meals are for ages 1-18 and must be eaten on site from 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. at schools hosting winter session.

High school sites: Fresno, Hoover, McLane and Sunnyside high schools

Alternative education sites: Farber Educational Campus, DeWolf High School and Phoenix Secondary Academy

“We know that school lunches are an important source of nutrition for many of our students, and we are pleased to continue to provide free, healthy meals to our students over the winter break,” said Interim Superintendent Misty Her.
