KMJ EXCLUSIVE: Republican Congressional candidate, Michael Maher, joined John Broeske and Christina Musson on Tuesday’s show to respond to a ‘cease and desist’ letter from Rep. Jim Costa (D-Fresno) over a campaign advertisement that Costa says is rife with lies.
The incumbent democrat has reportedly threatened to sue if Maher refuses to pull the ad in question. (See the so-called “10 Presidents” commercial below).
After his appearance on KMJ, Maher held a press conference in front of Costa’s district office in downtown Fresno saying “It just tells the facts and the truth. They try to intimidate. They try to bully. I’ve stood up to bullies. We will not pull the ad. This just shows how desperate Costa is.”
