FRESNO, CA (KMJ) Mayor Jerry Dyer joined the Ray Appleton show Wednesday to discuss Fresno’s new camping ban. The anti-camping ordinance was approved in August by the Fresno City Council and prohibits sleeping or camping in any pedestrian or vehicle entrance to public or private property along a public sidewalk.
Offenders could receive jail time if they refuse offers for shelter or treatment services.
