FRESNO, CA (KMJ) A Selma woman was busted Tuesday attempting to enter the Fresno County Superior Courthouse with a loaded gun – and her baby.
24 year old Lizeth Perez was carrying her infant and diaper bag through the security check when deputies confiscated a loaded 9mm handgun.
Perez was arrested on the spot and is facing several felony gun charges. Her bail is set at $266,000.
Her child was turned over to Fresno County CPS.
