SANGER, Calif. (KMJ/KFSN) — Authorities are investigating an industrial accident at a Sanger farming plant that left one man dead.
It happened before midnight Tuesday at Pitman Family Farms on K Street and Cherry Avenue.
Police say an employee at the plant entered a dangerous area between a company tractor-trailer and its rear wheels.
He ended up getting pinned underneath the trailer and died at the scene.
Police say there is no indication of foul play.
All necessary agencies, including OSH, were notified for follow-up procedures.
