(KMJ) – A tip helps Tulare County Sheriff’s Homicide detectives track down and arrest a Tulare woman sought in a weekend homicide.
Tuesday afternoon, detectives, assisted by Fresno Police, moved in on a room on a Motel 6 on Blackstone Avenue and took 52-year-old Pennie Ince into custody. Now, they are working on returning her to Tulare County.
She was sought as a suspect in the Sunday murder of Randal Waine Ince. Around 5 p.m. Sunday, deputies found his body inside a home on the 22400 block of Road 130 in Tulare.
