The Fresno County Sheriff’s Office most wanted person of the week is:
James Eugene Cleaver. He is a registered sex offender who has an active arrest warrant. Cleaver was released from prison on December 8, 2020 and has since failed to report to his probation officer. Additionally, he has not registered his new address with law enforcement, which is a requirement under the law. His last known address was on the 2600 block of S. Peach Ave. in Fresno.
James Cleaver is white, 54 years old, 5’9”, 220 lbs., with blue eyes and blonde hair. He has a tattoo on his right shoulder of a “Playboy bunny.”
