(KMJ) – The KMJ listener army has delivered once again.
All last week, Fresno’s Morning News shared the address of Operation: Dear Veteran. It is an effort from Fresno Pacific University to collect about 500 Christmas cards to send to Valley Veterans in the VA or those in the California Veterans Home.
And that goal was topped, and then some. Here’s the message sent to KMJ from FPU Executive Director of Regional Enrollment Denise Baronian along with these photos:
Our goal was to reach 500 cards; due to the support of our local media, we have received over 1500 cards and letters that will be delivered on Monday…we just can’t thank you enough!!
