Yosemite High School Staff Member Being Tested for Coronavirus After Low-Risk Exposure

FRESNO, CA (KMJ) – A staff member at Yosemite High School is being tested after having a low-risk exposure to the coronavirus.

This staff member is currently awaiting testing results to determine if they do have COVID-19 infection.

The Madera County Department of Public Health is recommending that Yosemite High students stay home from school to minimize any possible risk of exposure to students or staff.

The Health Dept. advises that this should be done until it is determined if there is any risk to anyone at Yosemite High School.

Any students or staff of Yosemite High School who are currently sick should stay home and practice social distancing.
