TULARE COUNTY, CA (KMJ) – A K9 with the Tulare County Sheriff’s Office helped deputies find drugs and stolen guns from a suspect’s car, deputies say.
It happened just before 7:45 p.m. Sunday in the area of Ave 400 and Road 136 in Cutler.
According to the Tulare County Sheriff’s Office, deputies pulled over a car 35-year-old Fidel Perez was driving.
During the search, the K9 deputy helped sniff out several bundles of meth, drug paraphernalia and a loaded stolen gun from the inside of the car.
Deputies arrested Perez and booked him in the Tulare County Pre-Trial Facility on charges of carrying a concealed firearm, possession of a stolen firearm, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
