FRESNO,CA(KMJ) – 30 year old Pierre Phelps was shot and killed Sunday afternoon.
Police found Phelps on the 1400 block of Eleventh Street, where they say he was suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to his upper body.
He was taken to a hospital where he was pronounced dead upon arrival.
Sources say Phelps was visiting a family member when he was shot.
Police are asking anybody with information to come forward.
