FRESNO, CA (KMJ) – The Fresno County Coroner’s office has identified the motorcyclist killed Tuesday morning in traffic collision as a man from Parlier.
The Sheriff’s Office says 54-year-old Mark Bristol is the fifth motorcyclist to die on Fresno County roadways since August 2nd.
He was heading east on Manning when a jeep turned in front of him at Maple just after 6:00 am.
“The motorcyclist was ejected. a valiant effort was given by citizens that stopped to assist but also the rescue personal on scene but unfortunately the motorcyclist did not survive,” said CHP Officer Mike Salas.
The driver of the jeep was treated for minor injuries.
Two passengers were not hurt.
