FRESNO, CA (KMJ) -Fresno State’s annual Preview Day will bring more than 5,000 visitors to campus.
The school is anticipating attendance by 2,500 incoming freshman, transfer students and their families, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, March 23.
The future students will have the opportunity to meet faculty from all eight academic colleges, learn about student services, visit more than 100 student organization tables and tour campus.
The event will also include performances by the University’s Mexican folkloric dance troupe, Los Danzantes de Aztlan, and the Hmong Student Association.
Photo opportunities with Victor E. Bulldog III take place from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. outside the Henry Madden Library.
Free Bulldog Bowling and billiards take place from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. in the University Student Union; and there will be free Fresno State ice cream samples.
Fresno State President Joseph I. Castro will speak to attendees at noon.
