FRESNO (KMJ) — The teenager alleged to have threatened Central High School’s prom in May has been re-arrested by Fresno Police. Edward Hannah had an outstanding warrant prompted by a failure to appear in court,.

The suspect is a former student of Central High and stands accused of posting on social media that anyone attending the end-of-year celebration should wear body armor. That was discovered the morning it was due to take place, and the arrest came the same day. The prom went ahead as planned.

The 19 year old was charged with four counts of criminal threats and entered a not guilty plea on all counts (click here to read more). He was released on bail May 22nd, and turned up to hearings in June and July. Fresno County District Attorney’s Office said he failed to appear in court on Tuesday, causing the warrant to be issued. Fresno Police announced Wednesday afternoon Hannah was discovered close to Shields and Brawley and arrested once again.
