FRESNO, CA (KMJ) – A homicide investigation is underway east of Tulare after a shooting leaves one person dead.
Sheriff’s officials say the call came in around 8:30 a.m. on Wednesday morning.
41-year-old Adam Hernandez was still alive and paramedics were performing CPR when deputies arrived at Avenue 228 and Road 140.
He was brought to a local hospital but ultimately died.
Sheriff’s officials say it appears Hernandez, was in a truck with his son.
At some point, he got out of the truck and got into some type of argument with the suspect or suspects.
That’s when officials say he was shot.
The homicide is being investigated.
