FRESNO (KMJ) — The Chair of the House Intelligence Committee said it was a year ago when the events which led to the release of the “Nunes memo” first transpired.
“When I found out that the dossier had been used to get a warrant,” detailed Congressman Devin Nunes (R-Tulare).
“That was the big no-no, and that was back in February or March of last year.”
In conversation with KMJ’s Ray Appleton, he said that it took time to piece together what happened.
“I figured it came this from the Democrats. I figured it was some super pac or something…then what we found is it went from a lawyer, to a consulting group, to a former British spy, to Russians, and it was paid for all by the Clinton campaign and the Democratic national party.”
The Democratic Party’s own memo is yet to be released.
