UPDATE: Kern High School District Police say there was NO GUNMAN at Arvin High.
FRESNO, CA (KMJ)- Arvin High School was on lockdown Monday on a report of a person with a gun near campus, but school officials say all students are fine.
There have not been reports of shots fired.
Deputies were sweeping the campus, and streets around the school were closed.
Garden in the Sun Park was a staging location for parents, according to the Kern County Sheriff’s Office.
Just after 1:20p.m. Kern High School District Police said there was NO GUNMAN at Arvin High.
