Coffee Spill Leads To Arrest Of Armed Man At Chukchansi

COARSEGOLD (KMJ) — A man who allegedly threatened to shoot someone who spilled coffee on him, has been arrested by Madera County Sheriff’s Office.

The incident at Chukchansi Gold Resort was reported around 6am Wednesday. Deputies were told by site security that the suspect showed a handgun to an employee, and when they responded to the scene Donald Pisano resisted arrest.

Once he was restrained, deputies say the 21 year old from Madera was found with a handgun in his pocket and a rifle registered to him in his car. The handgun was later determined to have been stolen from Fresno in August 2016.

Pisano is now in Madera County Jail facing a total of nine charges, including resisting an executive officer and armed in the commission of a felony.
