FRESNO (KMJ) — Two Central Valley mayors will be leaving their roles in the new year – both taking on new positions in the area.
KMJ’s Dominic McAndrew spoke to both Fresno Mayor Ashley Swearengin and Clovis Mayor Nathan Magsig about their legacies and what they hope the future will hold. Ashley Swearengin will become the new CEO of the Central Valley Community Foundation, and Nathan Magsig will replace Debbie Poochigian as the District 5 representative on Fresno County’s Board of Supervisors.
