FRESNO (KMJ) — The popular mannequin challenge has come to the offices of the City of Fresno.
The viral trend has already swept in the likes of Hillary Clinton, Saturday Night Live, and Sesame Street. The stunt involves getting a group together and encouraging them all to remain still while a camera moves between the frozen people. The eagle eyed will notice Mayor Ashley Swearengin and Mayor-elect Lee Brand appear both at the start and at the end of the video.
