Tony Her of Fresno.  A judge issued an active arrest warrant for obstructing and resisting an executive officer.

Around 1:30 am on September 25, 2016, a Fresno County Sheriff’s deputy was patrolling the area of Chestnut and McKinley in Fresno when he noticed a man in a physical altercation with a woman.  The deputy approached and tried to separate the two and they continued to try and hit one another.  The deputy got the woman to settle down, but the man, later identified as Tony Her, continued to resist as the deputy tried to place handcuffs on him.  After a brief struggle, the deputy gained control of Her and placed him in the back of a patrol car.  Her, who was intoxicated, began to kick the inside of the car and attempted to kick the deputy.  Her was taken to the hospital for evaluation and then booked into the Fresno County Jail.

Her spent two days in jail and was released after time passed to hold him for probable cause.
