FRESNO, CA (KMJ) – Several of Fresno’s best athletes and coaches were enshrined in the Fresno Athletic Hall of Fame on Thursday night.
Ron Adams (men’s basketball), Billy Volek (football), Bill Glasson (golf), Paul Schecter (athletic training), Yvette Roberts (women’s basketball), and the 1968 Hoover high baseball team were inducted.
The Fresno Athletic Hall of Fame recently struck a deal with Fresno State to be the new home of the Hall. You can see more about the Fresno Athletic Hall of Fame, here.
