“It has been very rewarding to have been a part of the City’s success over the past three decades and I credit that success to the community’s support, the vision of the City Council, the leadership and ‘culture of cooperation’ that exists among City staff; and the genuine pride that City of Clovis employees have in their work.” -General Services Director Robert Ford.
City Manager Rob Woolley stated: “Both Jamie and Robert have done an excellent job leading their respective departments. With almost 60 years of combined service, this is a lot of institutional memory that will be going out the door but they have both done an excellent job preparing their staff for their pending retirements. They are going to be missed by the City.”
