(KMJ) – The Tulare County Sheriff’s Office confirms the man who used a handgun to rob the Bank of the West in Orosi just before noon Thursday has been caugt.
He is identified as 40-year old Isidro Hernandez.
Deputies say he was found and arrested outside of his Orosi home thanks to tips from the public.
