Yosu-Rodriguez

Yosu Miguel Rodriguez of Fresno.  A judge has issued a felony arrest warrant for failing to appear in court for a domestic charge where he assaulted his victim with a weapon.

On July 6, 2016, Fresno County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a domestic violence call at a home in the area of Palm and Santa Fe in Fresno.  Rodriguez’ girlfriend met him in this area to try and reconcile their relationship.  The woman had their four children in the car with her at the time.  During their conversation, Rodriguez got angry and grabbed her keys from her car and took them back to his car.  When she went to get the keys back, Rodriguez punched her in the head several times.  He then made verbal threats he was going to kill her.  Rodriguez put his car into reverse and drug the woman a short distance as she hung on the side.  She fell to the ground and Rodriguez drove away.

Deputies later located Rodriguez, arrested him and booked him into the Fresno County Jail.  He spent five days in custody and was then released after posting bond to bail out of jail.

Rodriguez is 25 years old.  He is 5’6”, 180 lbs. with brown eyes and a shaved head.  He has a tattoo of the letters “DMR” on top of his head.
