FRESNO, CA (KMJ) A local sex offender is back behind bars after failing to elude Fresno County Sheriff’s deputies.
Around 12:30 pm on Thursday, a deputy on patrol near W. Dudley and N. Marks Ave. attempted to stop a motorcycle that did not have a visible license plate. The rider, later identified as 56 year old Benny Brusso, fled and the chase was on.
Brusso ultimately ended the short pursuit by skidding out and laying his bike down near Olive and Hughes where he was taken into custody.
