CLOVIS, CA (KMJ) The Clovis City Council selected Councilmember Vong Mouanoutoua as the city’s next Mayor and Councilmember Diane Pearce as Mayor Pro Tem at Monday night’s council meeting.
Newly re-elected Councilmember Lynne Ashbeck was also sworn-in to office.
Mouanoutoua and Ashbeck will serve through 2028. Councilmembers Matthew Basgall, Drew Bessinger, and Diane Pearce all have terms running through November 2026.
Ashbeck was also recognized and thanked for serving as mayor since 2022, her third term as the city’s leader.
