FRESNO, CA (KMJ) A familiar voice to the KMJ audience is reportedly considering a bid for California Governor.
Steve Hilton, who regularly appears on The Ray Appleton Show, is in “deep discussions” to launch a Gubernatorial campaign to replace Gavin Newsom when he’s termed out in two years – sources tell Politico.com.
Coincidentally, the former advisor to UK Prime Minister David Cameron, joined the Appleton program on Tuesday in the KMJ studios. Listen here:
Hilton, who now heads a policy group called “Golden Together” and hosts a podcast, has been a California resident for a dozen years and became an American citizen in 2021.
