(KMJ) – Fresno Unified will offer free meals for students over the winter break.
New chefs are working with the district to create from scratch, nutritious food items.
Fresno Unified will offer free meals from 11:15 a.m.-12:30 p.m. at 19 schools hosting winter session.
The meals are for ages 1-18 and must be eaten on site.
Middle school sites: Ahwahnee, Computech, Cooper, Kings Canyon, Tehipite, and Tenaya.
High school sites: Bullard, Duncan Polytechnical, Edison, Fresno, Hoover, McLane, Roosevelt and Sunnyside.
Alternative education sites: Cambridge, DeWolf, Fulton, J.E.Young and Phoenix Secondary
