TULARE COUNTY, Calif. (KMJ) — A plane crashed Thursday just west of Goshen in Tulare County.
According to the Tulare County Sheriff’s Office, the crash happened in a cornfield west of Road 60 and south of Avenue 304.
Officials say the pilot was flying a twin-engine plane.

The sheriff’s office says the pilot was able to walk away from the crash and is currently being assessed by emergency responders.
The plane is in the middle of a large cornfield.
Both the NTSB and FAA will investigate what happened.
The crash scene is only a couple miles north of Visalia Airport as the crow flies.
