(KMJ) – For the second time in as many moths, a vacant tire shop in Fresno goes up in flames.

City fire crews were called to the old Ball Tire building near Kings Canyon and Recreation around 2 a.m. Sunday. When Fresno fire arrived, they reported heavy flames and smoke coming through the roof of the structure.

Crews were able to keep flames from spreading to any near-by structures.

This vacant building is known to be used by the City’s homeless. But the cause of this blaze remains under investigation.
