
(KMJ) – Fresno Police homicide detectives release the identity of the woman gunned down outside an apartment complex in the northwestern part of the city over the weekend.
Here are the details, as released by the Fresno Police Department:
Saturday, November 13, 2021, at 4:50 p.m., officers responded to the Courtyard at Central Park Apartments located at 4498 North Cornelia Avenue for a gunshot victim. When officers arrived, they located 31-year-old Jaime Miller-Pearson suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. She was transported by emergency services personnel to Community Regional Medical Center for treatment for her injuries. Unfortunately, she was unable to survive her wounds and was pronounced deceased by medical personnel.
Detectives learned Miller-Pearson was in the parking lot of the apartment complex when she was approached by an unknown gunman who shot her multiple times. The investigation is still in its early stages and detectives are
attempting to locate witnesses and video surveillance associated with this shooting.
