FRESNO, CA (KMJ) – Reedley Police say they got a call around 10:30 on July 4, 2021 about a shooting in the 1400 block of N. Columbia Ave.
Oficers arrived to find 25-year-old Jcob Ecinia suffering from a gunshot wound.
H was transported to Adventist Health in Reedley where he was pronounced dead.
After a three-month-long investigation, on Oct 10, 2021 Fabian Portillo was arrested in San Diego County on a homicide warrant.
The 23-year old was transferred to the Fresno County Jail on Friday, Oct. 15, 2021 to face charges.
