FRESNO ,CA (KMJ) – Six Earthquakes Rattle Lake Tahoe Area early Friday morning.
The U.S. Geological Survey reports a 4.1 magnitude earthquake hit around 8:25 in the morning.
The epicenter was 4.7 miles northwest of dollar point at a depth of 1.24 miles
The strongest quake captured during a state senate finance committee meeting on expanding Medicaid coverage.
The quake interrupted Senator Julia Ratti’s presentation at the hearing.
There were slightly uncomfortable committee members but no reports of any damage or injuries.
