Ka Lou Yang
A 41 year old mother of six was shot and killed Tuesday morning at her home in central Fresno.
Police say it’s the first homicide of 2021 stemming from a domestic violence incident. There have been 21 homicides in Fresno this year. There were 5 at this time in 2020.
The suspect (pictured) has been identified as 40 year old Ka Lou Yang. He was arrested shortly after the deadly incident.
FPD says there were four children inside the home at the time of the shooting.
