Former Fresno State & NFL Player Cory Hall Named Head Coach at Edison High

FRESNO, CA. (KMJ) — A Former NFL player is named coach of the Edison High School Tigers.

Bakersfield-native Cory Hall played for Fresno State from 1995 to 1998.

He was drafted by the Cincinnati Bengals in the 1999 NFL Draft.

Hall also played for the Atlanta Falcons in 2003-04 before going into coaching in 2006.

Hall coached at Washington State in 2006.

Hall coached at Clovis North High School 2008-2011 as an assistant and 11-13 as head coach.

As the head coach at Clovis North High School, his teams won two Central Section championships in Division I and II.

In 2014, Hall coached at Wisconsin, in 2015 at Weber State and from 2016 to present Hall remained at Oregon State.

Coach Hall will begin coaching immediately.
