CORCORAN,CA (KMJ) – Late Wednesday morning, Corcoran officers responded to a call in the 600 block of North Avenue regarding a family disturbance.
When they arrived a woman told the officers that Gabriel Herrera was in possession of nude photos of his underage family members on his phone.
As police investigated, they found Herrera allegedly hid a recording device in the house and secretly captured pictures and/or videos of others.
The pictures included victims both nude or semi nude, victims were as young as 14 years old.
Herrera was arrested at the house and taken to the police department.
Officers later searched Herrera’s trailer and found several more phones and digital media storage devices.
Herrera was booked into the Kings County Jail for being in Possession of child pornography, and Invasion of privacy.
His bail was set at $75,000.
