FRESNO,CA (KMJ) – A day after allegedly causing a fatal crash that killed a sophomore at central high east campus, 54 year old Albert Fimbrez was arrested.
The accident happened in central Fresno.
16 year old Dayvon McCoy was with a friend walking northbound on valentine when he was struck by Fimbrez car. He died on impact.
McCoy was a sophomore at Central High East Campus. His friend, who was a 14 sustained injuries.
The driver, Albert Fimbrez was charged with Murder and DUI.
