A Madera man who is accused of causing a crash that resulted in the death of three people Nebraska was taken into custody Friday.
He’ll be extradited to Kearney, Nebraska, where he will face three counts of felony manslaughter.
Investigators say Kratt’s semitrailer ran into the rear of a line of vehicles that had slowed for construction Sept. 20, killing three and injuring.
According to the Buffalo County Attorney, it could take weeks or even months to bring him back to Nebraska to face charges.
