(KMJ) – Obdulia Sanchez was 18-year old when she live-streamed a 2017 fatal, DUI crash near Los Banos that left her 14-year old sister dead.
Last February, she was sentenced to more than six years in prison for a host of charges including gross vehicular manslaughter.
But, the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation says Sanchez was granted parole September 21st. The CDCR says her early release was granted, in part, for credits she earned for time served while awaiting sentencing and completing several rehabilitation programs.
