OROSI, CA (KMJ) – An Orosi man is arrested, accused of lewd acts with a child.
Tulare County sheriff’s deputies were called to a home in Orosi Friday night for a report of lewd acts with 13-year-old.
Deputies talked to the person who called who said a man they knew touched a 13-year-old child, inappropriately.
After interviewing the child, witnesses, and the accused, deputies arrested 31-year-old Cesar Rodriguez.
Rodriguez was booked for lewd acts on a child under the age of 14.
The relationship between Rodriguez and the child is not being released.
