FRESNO (KMJ) – An upcoming active shooter training hosted by Fresno Assemblyman Jim Patterson has seen such a huge response, the class filled up, forcing the lawmaker to add another session.
The class, scheduled for the morning of Saturday the 21st of this month at Clovis Community College.
Law enforcement experts will conduct the two-hour session including real-life scenarios and a mock shooter drill.
The class will address how you can help law enforcement, how to protect yourself and others during an active threat, and what to expect if you ever find yourself in a lockdown.
The 11 a.m. class is full. The newly added class is at 8:30 a.m. on September 21st. CLICK HERE if you’re interested in attending. Admission is free. Adults only.
