FRESNO, CA (KMJ) – A Fresno family law attorney accused of seven felony sex crimes with a minor pleads not guilty during her arraignment Tuesday.
39-year-old Jennifer Walters was arrested on August 8th at LAX..
She’s accused of lewd acts with a boy that the Fresno County DA’s Office says was 13 at the time.
Court documents say she lived with and had recurring access to the child.
The Fresno County DA’s Office says the alleged crimes took place from May 2015 until this past July.
Walter faces 19 years in prison and have to register as a sex offender if convicted on all counts.
