FRESNO (KMJ) – A South Valley mother of three toddlers is behind bars after being caught with drugs in her home. Visalia police say 32-year-old Brittney Souza of Visalia was busted with 10 grams of meth on the 400 block of ‘E’ Street. Souza’s facing drug possession and child endangerment charges.
